Cyprus' investment program allows obtaining permanent residency by purchasing real estate worth €300,000 or more.
An investor with a legal income of €50,000 per year, over 18 years old, without criminal records, sanctions, restrictions, and bans on entering EU and UK countries, with health insurance. PR is issued for the entire family of the applicant, including the spouse, children up to 25 years old, and the parents of the main applicant and spouse.
PR is issued for life, provided the conditions are met.
